some numbers over the phone. We ask pertinent
questions, and many times, the tough questions that most
loan officers won’t ask. We look at your financial
picture and give you options. Our objective is to listen
to your needs, and formulate a plan to help you attain
your goal, whether it is getting that dream home,
getting out of debt,
improving your standard of living and/or the quality of

Biography |

William
J. Hunter has been involved with mortgage and commercial
lending for more than 20 years. Hunter has held various
levels of management and marketing positions including
lending officer, branch manager, sales manager, and broker.
Determined to “make a better mouse trap”, Hunter became
Licensed by the Department of Banking in 1998 and founded
his current mortgage company AFFIRMATIVE FUNDING. Now in
its
tenth year of operation, Affirmative’s consultative approach
to helping clients explore their financial/mortgage options
has enabled us to grow consistently while expanding our service and retention base over the past decade. We have successfully conducted and delivered construction and reverse mortgages in the past few years. All of this while maintaining a customer service driven business dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients.
