As for
the service segment of this business, we challenge any
lender or broker in this area. We have chosen to remain
small and personal, but ultimately the consumer wins. We
have an experienced staff dedicated to getting the job done
in a timely and efficient manner. Next time you speak with a
loan officer ask him or her how long they have been in the
business and what type of mortgages they have personally
done. More than 50% of the persons working in this field
have less than three years experience. Is this who you want

Our
appeal and ability to serve is diverse: first time
homebuyers, homeowners looking to upgrade, older folks
looking to downsize, existing homeowners looking to
refinance their existing mortgage or lower their monthly
payments, realtors looking to work with a local, independent
professional who can increase their bottom line. Seniors
interested in learning more about reverse mortgages,
investors, builders, etc.
Also,
if you don’t feel you can do any of these things because of
